Belmar Records presents The Jumpin’ the Blues Allstars – Live on the radio volume 1 album launch gig – Sun arvo, Aug 16th – Fitzroy Bowls club

The Jumpin’ the Blues Allstars band (aka The Pearly Shells) grew out of a regular live music spot on Tom Sinadisi’s Wednesday afternoon radio show Jumpin the Blues on PBS.
Once a month the band, lead by double bassist Steve Purcell would get together to back a different female vocalist from Melbourne’s vibrant Blues/ RnB/ Roots music scene.
The launch gig at the Fitzroy bowl will be a big roots music dance party featuring the JTB Allstar band with guests Kerri Simpson, Tracey Miller, Lisa Miller, Yona Igley II, Tanya-Lee Davies, V.V. King, the Pearly Shells and many more.
